Man Utd to increase fee for “new Messi” and Hazard on the way

It seems like Manchester United’s have to go back to the drawing board and increase their offer for the man dubbed “ the new Japanese Messi” after their first offer was rejected.

According to the Guardian, a bid of £13.3 million for 23-year-old Borussia Dortumund talisman has been turned down and the Germany Champions want nothing less than £16m which they even think is a good bargain given the player’s performance this past season.
