Man of the Match v. Swansea:
1 - Antonio Valencia (43%)
2 - Ashley Young (38%)
3 - Paul Scholes (12%)
Also nominated: Patrice Evra, Chris Smalling
Antonio Valencia has added another Man of the Match accolade to his collection after playing his part in the 2-0 win over Swansea.
Although starved of service in the opening exchanges, he burst into life when darting down the right to help set up the opening goal for Paul Scholes by picking out Michael Carrick in a shooting position. The winger, recalled to the side in place of Nani, was almost on the scoresheet himself in the second half but Neil Taylor blocked his shot.
Ashley Young, who scooped Sky Sports' award, came a close second with Scholes back in third ahead of other nominees Chris Smalling and Patrice Evra.
The fans will get one more chance to vote for their star man on ManUtd.com this season when the Reds travel to Sunderland on the final day of the Barclays Premier League
